All items sold through AUX Design are digital products delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we’re unable to offer:

• Refunds
• Exchanges

Please be sure to review product descriptions, included files, and compatibility requirements before completing your purchase.

Accidental Purchases or Download Issues

If you experience a technical issue – such as a corrupted file, download problem, or receiving the wrong item – please contact me within 7 days and I’ll be happy to help resolve it.

Unauthorized Use & Chargebacks

Because digital products are delivered instantly, unauthorized use or chargeback attempts may result in revoked access to future products, reporting to relevant platforms, and legal enforcement of the licensing terms.
